FastStart Program
Rewarding You for Developing New Business
A one-time Fab-5 FastStart Bonus or FastStart Bonus is available each time you enroll a new Distributor who purchases a Fab-5 FastStart Pack or a FastStart Pack. Fab-5 and FastStart Bonuses are paid weekly if you elect direct deposit.
  • Have a minimum 50 APPV monthly to qualify for Fab-5 and FastStart bonuses
  • Once you achieve the rank of Director or higher you can be eligible for an additional bonus on FastStart Pack purchases in your organization. If you are a Director and also the Enroller, you can earn both bonuses
  • Larger bonuses are also available on Leadership Pack purchases by personally enrolled downline
NEW - Fab-5 FastStart Pack Bonus Payouts:
Up to $170 in Fab-5 FastStart Pack bonuses are paid out with each $299 Fab-5 FastStart Pack enrollment.
  • $50 to qualified Enroller
  • $80 to qualified TeamBuilder Bonus
  • $40 to qualified 50% Matching Bonus

  • The Enroller can earn a $50 Enroller Bonus and if they are qualified can also earn an $80 TeamBuilder Bonus for a grand total of $130.

    Autoship "Unilevel" Program
    Rewarding You for Residual Business
    This program provides a 7% commission when a retail-direct customer or Distributor in your organization purchases products on the monthly Autoship program.

    The number of "levels" of Autoship orders on which you earn commission each month is determined by:
    • APPV, the value of your personal Autoship orders (including retail-direct customers)
    • The number of personal enrollees with Autoship orders you have
    • OPV, the total value of Autoship orders in your organization†
    Compression applies. For example, if anyone in your organization does not have APPV, then all APPV below them will compress up one level


    StepUp Generation Program
    Rewarding You for Advancement and Leadership
    This program can provide you with progressive, clearly defined goals. When you qualify for a rank promotion, you can be rewarded higher rebates and commission percentages on non-Autoship orders, as shown in the chart below.
    StepUp Generation Program
    You can earn:
    • Retail profit on personally enrolled retail-direct customer orders
    • Rebates up to 20% on all personal non-Autoship wholesale orders
    • Commissions up to 20% on non-Autoship orders within your downline
    Have a minimum 100 Personal Point Value [PPV] in the calendar month to qualify.

    The key to advancement and increased earnings in the StepUp Generation Program is to work your way up to Director then to develop as many new Director "legs" as you can.

    Global Bonus Pools
    Rewarding Distributors Globally for Helping Others Succeed

    FastStart Turbo Pool
    Rewarding Excellence in New Business Development

    The FastStart Turbo Pool consists of 10% of the total BV of all FastStart Packs sold globally during the calendar month.
    • Earn one share of the pool for every five new Distributors you personally enroll during the calendar month with a FastStart or Leadership Pack purchase
    • Have a minimum 50 APPV monthly to qualify for this Pool
    New Director Pacesetter Pool
    Rewarding New Rising Stars … and their Enrollers

    This global monthly pool is designed to encourage the new Distributor to quickly build a well structured organization and achieve the Director level. It also encourages the Enroller to help the new Distributor achieve this milestone.

    The New Director Pacesetter Pool consists of 12.5% of the total BV of all FastStart Packs sold globally during the calendar month. Up to a maximum $3,000 USD per share and $1,500 USD per half-share may be earned.

    For the New Distributor (one share):
    • Enroll as a Business Builder (with a FastStart or Leadership Pack purchase and on Autoship)
    • Qualify as a Director with the following organizational structure by the end of your first full calendar month after you enroll (example: if you enroll during August, you have until the end of September to qualify)
      • Have a minimum five personally enrolled Business Builders
      • Have a minimum 10 new retail-direct customers personally enrolled and/or Distributors on Autoship in your organization (includes your five personally enrolled Business Builders)
    • Maintain Director the following calendar month
      • Have a minimum 10 new retail-direct customers personally enrolled and/or Distributors with APPV in your organization (includes your five personally enrolled Business Builders with APPV)
    • Have a minimum 50 APPV monthly to qualify for this New Director Pacesetter Pool
    For the Enroller (half-share):
    Earn an equal half-share of the pool (50% matching bonus), every time you help one of your personally enrolled Distributors qualify for a share of the New Director Pacesetter pool
    • Have a minimum 50 APPV monthly to qualify for this Pool
    Incentive Contest Pool
    Rewarding Contest Winners

    This pool is used to fund periodic incentive contests that support continued growth and productivity.
    The Incentive Contest Pool consists of 2.5% of total BV of all FastStart Packs sold globally during the calendar month. This pool accrues monthly and is applied to various incentive contests announced by Stemtech. The entire pool is paid out at least once each year.

    BMW Car Bonus Program (US and Canada)
    Build your business in style – qualify to drive a BMW paid for by Stemtech!
    The Car Bonus Program, available to US and Canadian Distributors, offers you three monthly tiers once you have qualified for three consecutive months:
